RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
- Guide customers in policy selection and updates, ensuring they have coverage that meets their needs.
- Work closely with our dynamic team to share insights and strategies that support customer satisfaction and agency performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Passion for helping others and a customer-first mentality
- Proven sales experience, preferable in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow!
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
